How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your size and colour, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via card, Mintpay, Koko, Payzy, or Cash on Delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Colombo metro: 1–2 business days. Other districts: 2–4 business days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,500.

How do I find the right size?

Use our Size Guide — it covers every brand we carry with measurement charts for men, women, and kids. Each product page also links directly to the relevant size chart.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Innerwear that has been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa/Mastercard, PayHere, Mintpay (BNPL), Koko (BNPL), Payzy (BNPL), and Cash on Delivery.

How do I track my order?

Log in to My Account to view your order status and tracking information. You will also receive an SMS/email when your order is dispatched.

Are all products genuine?

Yes. All products on Chaddi are sourced directly from authorised distributors and brand representatives in Sri Lanka. We do not carry replicas or grey-market goods.
