Important notice on innerwear
Due to hygiene concerns, all innerwear products are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened. This is standard policy across all physical and online stores. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect — with the original sealed packaging intact.
Conditions of Return
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with no flaws. Once a product has been handled it is considered used.
- All original tags, user manuals, freebies, and accessories must be included.
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.
Returns Policy
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
“Item no longer needed” and “Change of mind” are not acceptable reasons for return.
Issuance of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, you will receive it on the original payment platform used. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
- Receipt of returned item: 2–3 working days
- Quality control inspection: 1–2 working days
- Refund processing: up to 5 working days after QC approval
Completing a Return
If your product is eligible for a return, we will arrange for the correct replacement to be sent to you. You will be required to return the original item through our courier first.
