Chaddi In-House Guide
Find Your Perfect Fit
Every body is different. Measure once, shop with confidence — no guesswork, no returns.
How to Measure
For briefs, trunks, and boxers — your natural waist is all you need.
For vests — measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Stand up straight. Find your natural waist — the narrowest point of your torso, above your hip bones.
- Wrap a soft tape measure snugly around your waist. Keep it parallel to the floor.
- Breathe normally. You should be able to fit one finger under the tape.
- Note the measurement in inches or cm.
- Stand up straight with arms relaxed at your sides.
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest — across the nipple line.
- Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. You should be able to breathe normally.
- Note the measurement in inches or cm.
Briefs & trunks: a snug waist band gives the best support — go by your exact waist. Boxers: you want room, so go true-to-size or one up.
Vests: manufacturer tag numbers (32, 34, 36…) match chest circumference — same number system as briefs but measured at a different point on the body.

How to Measure
For briefs, panties, and slips — your hip measurement is the most important number.
- ① Waist: wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso (above hip bones).
- ② Hips: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom — this is your primary sizing measurement.
- Keep the tape parallel to the floor. Stand straight, breathe normally.
Full briefs & slips: go by hip. Bikini / low-rise: go by hip. If between sizes: size up — innerwear that's too tight is uncomfortable all day.

How to Measure for Bras
Bra sizing uses two measurements. Taking them correctly is the most important step.
- Step 1 — Band: wrap the tape measure directly under your bust, firmly. Take the underbust measurement in inches.
- Step 2 — Cup: lean slightly forward, then wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Take this fullbust measurement in inches.
S1, S2, S3 sizing (SENORITA & some local brands): S1=30B, S2=32B, S3=34B, S4=36B, S5=38B, S6=40B — check the product size chart for confirmation.
Bra Size Calculator
Enter both measurements and we'll calculate your UK bra size and EU equivalent.

1. Does your bra back ride up throughout the day?
2. Do the cups wrinkle, gape, or feel too loose?
3. Do the straps keep falling off your shoulders?
